**REFUND POLICY**

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. Participant tickets may not be transferred unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. Spectator tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

 

We understand that life happens and sometimes you may not be able to make it to the event after signing up. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds as the expenses for producing the event are incurred well in advance. We would still love to see you at packet pick-up to say hi and to give you your goodies. Please make sure to double-check your calendar before signing up to avoid any issues.
